I found Carlos to be very knowledgeable about all the trees in our garden & he also told me some interesting facts that I was completely unaware of, which will come in very useful at a later date!

When he & his team arrived to complete the work they were efficient, courteous and extremely tidy, they actually left our driveway cleaner and leaf free than when they arrived!

They hadn't been touched for years and needed some major surgery, not just for aesthetics' sake but also for safety. The garden has a preservation order on it and so they undertook to outline and submit a proposed schedule of works to the correct planning department for me. They came, they saw, they sorted it out in two days. I now have views again and enough firewood to see me through a couple of harsh winters.

Throughout the job Trees Understood were professional, courteous and sympathetic to the properties neighbouring mine. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
