Leave Well Alone
Do not go anywhere near this man the review above is correct
I have been left with three staircases in my house unfinished and the work that has been done is poor
I am now left with the job of completing them and considerably out of pocket
He doesn't have the money to trade I just hope he's not taking any deposits of anyone.

Balconology Aka The Balcony Company - Dean Gardiner
Dean Gardiner is the boss of this business. He comes across as friendly and competent but is disorganised, incompetent and dishonest. I believe he has changed the business name from the balcony company to balconology in a bid to shake off the dire reputation that the balcony company had. It comes as no surprise to read that he is a disqualified director.

Beware Of This Company
Company run by Disqualified director Dean Gardiner. I innocently employed him to fit a 7 x 3 mtre steel framed balcony. Within 5 days I had to stop the work as the were no Structural Engineers calculations sent to Wealden Council Building Control office and therefore was described by the head of building control as an 'illegal' structure. It was not level, the holes had been drilled in the wrong place and the timber flooring had been cut to different lengths. After 3 months failed to arrange for Building Regs to be submitted, and failed to organise the faults. I understand I m not the first customer to be taken for a ride. Now having to go to Civil Court as he refuses to refund money, Stay away from this man and his company a real 'cowboy'
you should try being a supplier, I am owed 2.5K from 2010, have court action but costs increase as you go further down the line and there are no assets in the business to be taken to cover costs
