Malcolm from Stumpbusters arrived a wee bit late but was very apologetic. I then found out that a skip I had was blocking access for his larger machine, my fault as I said access wad fine. He didn't grumble and got stuck in with his smaller machine, no messing about. I also asked his advice about removing a smaller stump round the back which I had started to dig out. Five minutes later with the help of his son we had the stump out! Malcolm continued working hard, stopping only briefly for a tea break made by me. To cut a long story short he had the large stump out in under two hours. He was efficient, polite, friendly and more importantly he stuck to his previous quoted price even though there was access problems and I got some free help with the smaller stump round the back! I can highly recommend Malcolm and wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future. A truely honest and genuine tradesman.
