They came round our house, cold calling to replace our asbestos garage roof. The first man told us they had work booked in an adjacent street so we agreed for the salesman to come later in the day. He also told us our quote would be valid until the end of the year.

The salesman arrived and at first appeared 'nice', explaining the work that would be carried out and showing photographs, all good so far.

Then when I asked about work being done in the adjacent street, he said he wasn't aware of anything and the first man could have been telling 'porkies' - I said I would like to see the actual work and he said 'I can show you plenty of photographs' !!!

Then came the pricing, at first he quoted us £3,500 but quickly followed it up with 'but I can do it for £2,250 cash as my best price'. I referred to the conversation I'd had with the first man that the quote would be valid until the end of the year and he said 'NOT the best price, that quote is only valid for today'. At which point, I said 'we don't do business like that' and he actually stormed out the house.

Also, for some reason, they insisted on my husband being there - why?

I'm absolutely disgusted with the attempt at a hard sale, which if I'm honest, you see all the time on the TV; programmes about people being tricked due to this sort of sales tactic.

After a really bad experience with some roofers from Bedworth, we were advised that this company could do a proper job on our roofs. Turns out they are just a different type who don't care what level of poor job they do as long as they get their money - to the point of demanding it from my wife before they had even left the property or before the work had been checked.

Trim fixings were in fresh air, new boards had been fitted on top of rotten wood, the rubber roof was cut to short leaving exposed timber above the guttering where it would get wet through when it rains, the dry verge kit was not fitted properly and held on with silicone sealant... the list goes on.

Multiple promises to send someone around to look at the issues never came about along with promises of the owner to call me which again, never materialised. Perhaps now he's got his money he doesn't care! God knows how you would get on with a warranty issue!

We paid a lot of money to have this job done and we thought that these were a company that could be trusted, turns out we were severely wrong.

Please BE VERY CAREFUL, this company are not all they make out to be.

In April 2022 they took a deposit from my late sister (an elderly widow living alone) and never came back. Since her death in November I have been trying to recover the money, with no success.

Either they do not respond, or on two occasions have promised to put a cheque in the post but nothing has arrived (6 Feb 2023).

What a great job they have done.. New garage roof fitted today.. Excellent work.. they were efficient on time and very tidy.

Has made a huge difference.. so clean and neat..

I had my garage roof done we were so impressed with the workmanship that we had further work done a new roof and a conservatory roof with lantern. The standard of work was outstanding the lads were hard working professional and very friendly, and the work was completed as promised. We kept well informed. I can't thank everyone involved enough. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Just had our second job done by this company , removing garage roof with asbestos etc . All rubbish taken away by very professional and friendly workers. We are absolutely delighted with both the product and the workmanship and cannot recommend highly enough.

My garage roof was covered with corrugated asbestos sheets, not in good condition which was quite worrying. I had had quotes for recovering with felt but Stormsealed Roofline gave comparable quotes with rubber covering.

Which, to me was far better. The fitters arrived at designated time and worked all day with breaks other than cups of tea.

They paid enormous attention to detail, explained any problems and how they would overcome them and were clearly very experienced at their job.The end result was fantastic and beyond my expectations. The quality of the finishing touches was superb, the fitters were extremely conscientious and polite and left everywhere clean and tidy. A good job, well done and I highly recommend this company.

Ordered a door in July 2017 but did not want it fitted until January 2018.This was not a problem for them and the door was fitted yesterday (10/01/2018).The fitters arrived on time, were very friendly and efficient. The door looks fantastic and the colour matches the rest of the house perfectly. The door is not the cheapest on the market but the quality is unmistakeable. I would recommend this company to anyone. Oh one other point, if the person I dealt with and his assistant are doing the fitting make sure you have plenty of coffee in!
