An Absolute Disgrace!!!
NEVER use this company, they should not be allowed to trade! Two workmen turned up to fit a new boiler, one of them complained the whole time about SA 12, saying what a joke they were!! He left when they started having problems, leaving the job half done and his mate to do all the work. That night we were left without any heating or water. An electrician was called, he turned up at 6.45 am the following morning and apparently it was all the work men's fault.They eventually got the boiler working but it is still not properly finished and it is now the end of January 2016 (they started in October 2015!!). We have been promised recompense for lost earnings, which we have never received and still no electrician has come to finish the job. Now they do not even return my phone calls or texts. I am appalled and wish I had never heard of them. they are a disgrace to the industry.I have never been treated so bad as a customer.
Very Unhappy Customer
Extremely poor company. Customer service non-existent. Boiler finally fitted after 10 broken appointments. It has now broken down a mere 6 weeks after installation!Phoned SA12, but no engineer has come. Worcester are coming now to fix it. I wish I had never heard of this company. The engineers who came to install said the reason for broken appointments was that they had not been paid for previous work and were therefore reluctant to do any more. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Steer well clear, learn by my mistake.
Totally agree!!! I am a VERY unhappy customer of this customer in Plymouth. They fitted the boiler in October 2015, it is still unfinished and it is now January 2016. They have promised over and over again to send an electrician and they never have. They have promised recompense for lost earnings (my husband is self-employed and had to stay in and cancel work whilst they cocked it up all over again!!) and guess what; we have not received a penny. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!!
Should Not Be Able To Trade, Do Not Trust, Do Not Use
communication non exsistant, nothing confurmed in writeing, fitters turned up half boiler missing, had to take parts off old boiler to fit. never stopped moaning about the company they worked for, boiler oil feed pipe broken, oil feed pipe in boiler leaking had to call wocester to come to fix, electrician was rubbist left live wire not connected had to call another electrician to fix, do not trust or deal with, more fool you if you do, bill given on way out door, not what was quoted o0n phone, now cant talk to anyone they just keep hanging up on you

Their customer service is terrible ,do not respond to enquiries or queries.
They promise to ring you back and never do.
They will take all your personal information including national insurance numbers etc.
DO NOT GIVE THEM PERSONAL INFORMATION,THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED .

From lofts to solar cavity and e.w.i they are not qualified to do any of them they have bodged so many houses i know because iv inspected loads of there work they are in one word there rubbish

Completly agree! They have just been installing free external wall insulation funded by the enrgy companies in my village and no-one is happy with their work one house is completly ruined and they are having a tough job getting the company to put it right.
