Took No Responsibility For Work They'd Done!
One of the other reviews captures my experience pretty much to the letter.
The "front man" seemed to know what he was talking about but it was clear after the first rains that whatever they'd done hadn't solved the problem; if anything it was worse. The issue was that they simply refused to take my calls or or make good on work badly done. Their guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. I would not recommend Roof Masters; if they're Masters of anything it ain't roofing!!!
Very, Very Poor Work!
No matter how desperate you are don't use! I regret deeply having used them and paid quite a few thousand on my roof. They do not respond to complaints or make good on work badly done. Their guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. I could say a lot more, but won't, believe me, it's not worth it!

This company is poor.
They said the leaking gutter needed replacing and charged £120. They did not in fact replace the gutter and it still leaks. All they had done is roughly pop on some black gunk. Another builder has confirmed that and given me a temporary fix until I can find the money to have it done properly (I am a pensioner). I could kick myself for being so gullibly.
They have a website and business cards but are rarely available. They have promised to come back but never have.
Do not use this company to fix your roof.
We lost over £1000 when we had them address a leaking part of our roof. It then cost us another several hundred to have a proper roofer fix their botched job. To top it off the second roofer told us that we should have only been charged £300 or so for the initial work to have been done properly ! Our local council are aware of them and have been trying to shut them down. Very difficult when their registered address is in fact a caravan pack in Surrey. Stay away !
