Gas Safety Certificates
I contacted Quint Property Solutions at the beginning of november to ask them to issue Gas Safety ertificates for my house. I received a reply saying that the job was booked for the 14th November:
"I herby confirm the Boiler Service and the Gas Safety Certificate has been booked for the 14/11/2014 next Monday at 4 XXXXXX Place, London NW1 9JS."
A short time after that I received an invoice that I paid by bank transfer assuming that the job had been done.
After that I visited my house to check everything and was informed by the tenants that Quint Property Solutions had in fact never made an appearance and of course, never issued the Gas Safety Certificates. I played Quint Property Solutions along with this and e-mailed them to ask why the Certificates had not been issued. Initially the response was that they would be issued when I paid the bill.
"Unfortunately it cannot be sent until invoices are paid we have them in office."
I pointed out that I had already paid the bill on the same day that I had received the invoice. After that I received all sorts of delaying tactics from someone within the Company:
"We have found the payment reference, as there was no reference to the job invoice or postcode my accounts had difficulty pointing the payment to your account but I can see that it has been made and will be sent out in this afternoons post."
Of course the Certificates never appeared and my last e-mail to them was completely ignored.
Quint Property Solutions seems to be the front for a fraudulent organisation offering varied services that they charge for and then never carry out. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY,
I Was Very Unhappy With Their Conduct. Most Defina
I was very unhappy with their conduct. Most definately not recommend them to ANYONE. In October this year I got a power flush done by their parent company Central Heating, which was done well and impressed by their engineer. Unfortunately since then my boiler broke down and seeing that they guarantee their work I wanted them to check whether my boiler needed repairing. Their customer service person was obliging and sent her engineer down to run a diagnostic check. Unfortunately, the engineer started fixing my boiler, when he should not have done, as he was only suppose to run a diagnostic check, which by the way my boiler broke down a day later. Then when the work was done he said I may be charged for the work and got me to fill in a form that said he'd repaired the boiler, but didn't include any charge. I was surprised two days later to learn that they had gone into my bank account, without permission, as £48 was drawn out of my account. I phoned my bank and asked who the organization was that took my money. My bank told me that a company linked with a boiler service had drawn my money. I was livid, remembering that the engineer had only said that I "may be" charged. Not only did Central Heating keep my personal details, which they should have destroyed as the power flushing was done months ago, they also shared my personal information with third parties. My bank has since refunded me, but are now chasing them for the money. WATCH OUT!

was a bit reluctant initially to use quint property solutions but the service I received from their engineers was very quick and satisfactory I was impressed and will definitely using them again and also recommend them to family and friends.
