A really good looking job on cleaning and protecting my roof.

What really impressed me, as well, was how how friendly and professional the service was. From the start, there was attention to detail, such as checking there would be no problems with loose tiles. At the end of the job, everything was cleaned up beautifully. We were offered a follow up service, but never with any sales-pressure - though we will defintitely want the follow up from such a good company. Communication and efficiency throughout were perfect. Highly recommended.

An excellent cleaning job to remove a great deal of moss from my roof which was carried out perfectly with no damage to the roof, gutters or surrounding garden. Everything was cleaned up and no real sign that they had been here. The final price was as the quotation. I would highly recommend Prothos for this type of roof cleaning.

As a result of the storm on 23 December we had a problem with rain coming into the dormer roof at the rear of the house. My call to Prothos Services was handled in a very professional manner and I was promised a callback which I received within 20 minutes and the contractor was on site within an hour. He spent time identifying the problem then explained what he would do to fix it. The workmanship was carried out to a high standard and in a professional and courteous manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Prothos Services to friends.

I was fed up with the birds picking all the moss out of the gutters, dropping it by our front door and then trying to avoid treading in it. We had the roof swept a while ago but the moss soon came back. After reading their reviews we asked Prothos to come and give us a quote and decided to use them to clean our roof. They turned up at the agreed time on the first day, which is always a good start nowadays, and despite the very cold weather they got on with the job systematically and only stopped for the occasional cup of tea and to thaw out. Obviously it makes a terrible mess cleaning the roof and is quite scary looking out from inside the house whilst they are doing it, but afterwards when everything was cleared up, I went out side and I couldn't believe my eyes. The walls, windows, facias and guttering was spotless (and much whiter than before) and they had even cleaned off the paths and drive. Furthermore, THE ROOF LOOKS AMAZING and for what we feel was a very reasonable price. Since then my adjoining neighbour, my Mother and her adjoining neighbour have all had theirs done too. I have a reputation as a very fussy and critical employer but I would have no worries about recommending Prothos to anyone.
