Pristine Roofing - Moston, Manchester

Please do not use this company- they seemed resonable enough, and their quote was ok. They put ledding on my chimney as it was leaking in- then the nice weather started ., so all appeared to be ok. This rain then started and i notice a wet patch- i am supposed to have a 10 year gaurantee!!! so 3 months on and it is leaking in already!!!!

When you ring to tell them they say they will come and look at it and then don't, just keep saying they have been delayed!!!

I know the work up there is very poor, as since then i have been recommended to another company and they show you photos of the job. if they don't have anything to hide, why don't they do this, as lets face it nobody knows what roofers are doing once there up there!!!!

Anyway i don't think they should be allowed to do this, and i am thinking of contacting trading standards about this. PLEASE DO NOT USE!! And thank you for the other review, i wonder how many other people they have done this too!!

I hired this tradesman to replace my gutters. He looked like a decent tradesman but his work is far from it. The new gutter is of poor quality, as it is filmsy. The gutter is also not lined properly and is not draining. There are now even more leaks than the old gutter! He also broke a concrete tile during his work!

It wasn't raining and so he left without testing the new gutter. He said he will come back and fix it if there is any problem. I naively believed in him and paid him in full. The problem is so obvious once it started raining. I called him and he did not answer my call. I text him and he initially did text back to say he will come and fix it on one day. But he didn't turn up. He did that to me for a few days and now not even replying to my text.

I didn't find any review on Pristine Roofing before I hire him. Now when I search using the phone number, I found out he used to trade as Unique Roofing with the same phone number.  

From this link, you can see all reviews are complaining about him. Also, if he changes the company name in such a short period of time, you know this is not right. I also tried to find it from companies house with no success.

This guy advertises on gumtree and also on local advertisers. I found him from Sale & Altrincham Advertiser and now I regret it very much.

Avoid at all cost, no matter how cheap he quote for your work!!!
