Avoid At All Costs - Outrageously Expensive
We have found out that this company has charged our elderly relative much more than twice what the job should have cost for the work that was done. They charged an outrageous £47.50 per man half hour, i.e. £190 per hour for the 2 men that were there. This went on for 2 days, so it wasn't just a call out charge.
In addition our elderly relative was charged well over £1,000 for "plant hire", but I can't see what plant would need to be hired that wouldn't already be in their van and owned by them.
In the phone directory the company make out that they are local by having a local phone number displayed, but their workmen came from over a 100 miles away.
Avoid this company at all costs!!!
