Use Playforce, They Are Amazing.
My school recently decided to switch supplier when overhauling our playground and happened upon Playforce while doing our research. All we can say is how amazing their service is and that the quality of their playground equipment can be seen in the smiles of the children that use it every day. We're very happy with Playforce and hope to have a long and happy relationship with them. We also used them for our new playground graphics and are very happy with the results. In fact, we'd love to be six again so that we can enjoy the playground as much as the children do!
Hi. We have this equipment at our school and it is fine if a little over standardised. God forbid that you ever have a problem though. Their labour rates are extortionate. Nothing less than a fully-blown rip off.
My school was very happy with the service we received from Playforce. They're planning was excellent with superimposed photos that really showed you how the playgrounds would look afterwards. We modified some of the positions as a result and they were happy to adjust the plans. Installation was quick and painless. I've used others in the past and waited ages for installation dates, or things were positioned wrongly etc. I had no such problems with Playforce which is why I would recommend them too.
Sorry, but I do not agree. This company are only interested in sales. If you have a problem, they do not respond to complaints and their customer service is lacking. I would recommend that people go elsewhere (there are others out-there) and not touch them with the longest of barge poles. I would definitely not use them again as they left us high and dry with expensive equipment that we could no longer use which had failed after a short period of time, which they tried to blame us for. Not good.
