Whenever I have problems with my appliances at home specifically my washer. The only repair shop I call is Mr. Laundryman. I never attempted to contact anybody else because this is the only repair company I trust when it comes to my machines. They offer their services at a very reasonable price and their techs are very professional. I have been referring a lot of my friends to them because I know that they never fail their customer's expectations. So far, I never heard any of my friends complain about the kind of service that they offer. One great repair company over here!

I thank Mr. Laundryman for the help they provided me last time. I had trouble with my maytag washer/ dryer for months but I never got the chance to contact a repair shop to fix it because of my busy schedule. But when I noticed that it already got worst, I immediately called Mr. Laundryman and set an appointment. The technician came on time and I really appreciate it since I put much value of my time. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and nice. I don't mind the cost of the service so long as it's worth it. Professional and Honest My washer broke the other day. I called a couple of companies but it was Saturday and they all refused to come. Mr laundryman gave me appointment for the same day. The technician came and fixed my washer this same visit. These guys are real professionals and they do honest business.

I decided to try a more local company, and called Mr Laundryman. I needed service late in the afternoon to early evening, and they were able to accommodate me. The young man that arrived, (name removed), was punctual. He diagnosed the problems with both my washer and dryer, and unfortunately could fix them that night because he had to order one of the parts. He called to set up a return visit once the part arrived, and was again right on time--a rare thing for repairmen these days.

He fixed both the washer and dryer, and when my wife had a question because the new motor on the washer sounded different than the old motor, he made a special visit to reassure her everything was fine.

I don't know if all of Mr. Laundryman's repair techs are as conscientious as (name removed), but I would certainly call them again if I need a repair. The price was fair, and (name removed) cleaned up after himself.
