I recommend going directly to a local who provider, who they use any way just find ways of charging more without solving your problem.

I called this company after finding them on the internet as they offered a repair and protect plan for £240 and was told the problem would be fixed. They sent 2 engineers who were very well mannered but after 2 attempts to fix was still showing the same problem again. I contacted the company again to be told it would cost me another £50 an hour to have the engineers sent out again! I cannot fault the engineers for there perserverence but still left with a faulty boiler and contacted Heateam which cost me more who fixed it in 30 mins. Avoid this company
