I have used this firm over the years for small items, keys, locks etc but in 2014 had them to install a wireless alarm system. Good system, great price.

I last had them to service it in October last year but this week a problem developed. Engineer turned up on time as arranged, diagnosed the fault within moments as a failing alarm bell back up battery (which does not form part of the annual service).

He replaced the battery for the cost of the part only - no labour cost! Outstanding service which engenders enormous goodwill (and repeat custom).

I do not hesitate to recommend this firm.
