No Show And Rude Customer Service

Booked my boiler service online and get confirmation by e-mail. Invoice sent 2 minuts after, paid online after. Than took day off from work to be there and nobody come over to service my boiler. When call customer service, women on the phone with attitute told me that my booking wasn't confermed and told me to book it for another day. When call next day to book it, she told me that there is no availability for Wednesday and I can get refund...... so poor customer service. Maybe they prices are good but I lost £100 no being at work and women on the phone should find different job..... Never use them again!!!

No Hot Water After The Visit - Avoid At Any Cost

I have booked for the boiler service and after the engineer's visit I have no hot water. I phone the customer services, who were absolutely appalling. I asked for someone to come out and verify what happened. My guess is that the engineer switched something off and forgot to switch it back on. However, the customer services were rude and absolutely unhelpful. They suggested I should get a relative to fix it!!

Poor Service

I requested a boiler service. The engineer literally broke the flu seal off and then said he couldn't pass it and asked to do the job - basically he broke it to get another job . He didn't want to come in the first place and came in with a poor attitude. I have 10 properties and would never use these guys again - EVER. The guy was clearly dishonest and rude. I will be reporting to the trading standards.

I Ordered Online Booking Certificates And Requeste

I ordered online booking certificates and requested to be rang but was not. I recieve five different emails with an invoice and an online payment processor. The processor was useless and wouldn't take payment. I ring up the woman takes my postcode and puts me on hold, after five minutes on hold I ring up and try again. The woman says my payment won't go through. I say cancel the order and try chec my bank account online....the £154 was taken out. Now phoning bank to get to bottom of this,

Useless

Was asked by my Landlord to organise an electrical inspection. From the second they answered the phone it was just hassle. Took details incorrectly, couldn't answer basic questions etc.

On they morning they were supposed to arrive nobody came. At 1pm I phoned to ask them what was going on. Apparently they had been to my address but they don't knock the door! Not sure how I was supposed to let them in then!

Really unprofessional. Would give no stars if I could.

Incredible Prices And Professionalism

In the past 12 years, I have never heard a price of GBP400 to install a boiler.

The EPC is an exceptionally good one. I had already had one for GBP66 incl VAT and they had made assumptions about flat roofs etc., when I was not there and were not putting that right, so I found Landlords Certificates Ltd at GBP39 + VAT a bargain. I was amazed at the price, then pleasantly surprised to see photographs of their Gas Safe Engineers' pictures on their website. If only I had used Landlords Certificates Ltd for my late uncle's EPC two days previously - my cousin had booked a national company and the guy 'phoned me on the Saturday to say he would be coming on the next day and then re-telephoned immediately to say he meant Monday. I waited on Monday between 1 and 2p.m. to no avail. He had forgotten and thought it was the next day!! Fortunately, he was in the same post code, so he came within half an hour, but not as efficient or good on the price as you guys.

Your Manager, telephoned very soon after I made the online booking to say that the date and time I requested was satisfactory. He even emailed me details of a general plumber/handyman. He was extremely polite, keeping calling me Mrs ... and accommodating.

Ravinder, the EPC guy telephoned to make contact about the EPC. He then telephoned on the day of the appointment, allowing me half an hour to get to the property. He was very polite and efficient and gave me a couple of tips, e.g. that EPC's are only every 10 years for rentals and sales in the last 3 years. I thought it was 5 years for both!!

He even told me a story of a new customer, who was going to book an EPC next year, after getting great value, only to be told he didn't need one and then discovering that he had been fleeced by his large, national estate/letting agents for the past 3 years. I gather he complained and got his money back.

I Could Not Have Asked For Better Treatment

Busy day and a heavy schedule and on top of that I had to book in a gas certificate for one of my properties, hectic! I called Landlords Gas Certificates and they were outstanding. Their customer service was understanding to my situation and they did everything they could to make it as convenient as possible. I could not have asked for better treatment. I now await my certificate in hard copy, thanks.

Its Good To Know Your Safe In Terms Of Gas

Always reassuring knowing you have a renewed gas certificate for another year. Its good to know your safe in terms of gas and being told so by a professional is like confirmation that for another year your gas in your house is fully safe in every aspect. Good feeling! Thanks

I Now Feel A Bit Safer

Landlords Gas Certificates installed a Carbon Monoxide Monitor for me on the 04/04/2013, thanks for your help, I now feel a bit safer knowing something can alert me of the silent killer.

They Booked My Cp12 In Immediately

I am a fresh Landlord myself so when I cam across Landlords Gas certificates it was ideal. They booked my CP12 in immediately and the engineer came the next day and completed the job for me, very reliable and I will be using you more often in the future. Thanks a bunch!
