Can I just pass on my grateful thanks for the outstanding work your two employees are doing here with us today. My Parents are both disabled and elderly and these two men have worked tirelessly to find the blockage causing the flood, hoovering up the water and absolutely refusing to give up until they are satisfied that my Father will not be flooded when they leave. These workmen have put the Council to shame and are the most hard working, dedicated professionals we have ever come across. They are a credit to you. With grateful thanks
