Avoid Klr Builder-
I would highly recommend AVOIDING dealing with the person I dealt with of KLR Builders. He started a ground floor extension for us in March and has been extremely unprofessional throughout and effectively walked off the job a few weeks ago leaving us to now have to get a professional to finish of the job and effectively some serious issues in his build. He now does not even reply to emails or texts, his does not seem to have any fixed abode and does not seem to have any net worth so it will be a challenge to take him to court...
We also found he had stated a new job 2 weeks before he disappeared according to mybuilder so be wary of positive reviews online on this firm...
