I was entirely satisfied with this job. He arrived to review the job when he said he would, gave us very useful advice and a most reasonable quotation.

He kept us informed by text and email of progress. He carried out the work on the toilet bowl we requested, designed, built, fitted and finished boxing around unsightly pipework to an elegant finish, giving access to the stopcock and inline valves and everything clean and tidy.

His paperwork, quotation and invoicing were all clear and efficient and his whole manner and approach were pleasant, courteous and mercifully quiet.

I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
