My mortgage company required a damp and timber report post valuation for a property that which was a total shock to me as postponing my mortgage any further would likely result in a possible loss of sale.

Being independent, Keith had no incentive to sell any unwanted work, in fact he advised the ability to self repair small faults with the structure and also provided links to some treatments for woodworm to save on cost instead of calling any specialist.
