A very shoddy service and overpriced. Got them in to prune some hedges and trees and the result was a mess. One tree ruined and one box hedge ended up looking like a rollercoaster ride. Avoid like the plague.

Would never recommend this business to anyone I know. May be OK (and I mean, just OK) with clearing garden, but poor finish results.

As for anything else, i.e. garden design and the practical piece of putting together a new garden (from a blank canvas, so couldn't be easier!), give this business a wide berth.

Some times it better to be honest and say you can't do something rather than trick people in to believing you can!

They did not listen to any instructions or requirements, and kept changing the plans as they went along to suit their mistakes or inept abilities to do some basic things in the garden.

Plays a good game of leaving things with you (i.e. books on plants or designs) so they have to come back. Therefore, pushing for the next job and money that comes with it.

Not quick or efficient in getting a job done (no job done here, just a complete mess and embarrassment that I have to see every day just like my neighbours) but aggressive in wanting money.

Funny how I have heard nothing from them since December 2013, and they know I need this job finishing. Obviously, know what a complete shambles of a job they have done for which they ran with the cash.

I was out whilst they did most of the work, but neighbours reported back that they spent most of their time standing around.

To be fair, I say they, but the young apprentice is not to blame (he can only do as he is shown or told) but he is learning from the worst tutor. So I give the one star to Mr Apprentice for having to put up with his boss!

Use this business at your own discretion. My opinion is you would be mad to even consider the gardener!
