Had difficulty with 'sticky' front door lock, so thought I'd see if any difference with the key on the outside. Key immediately became stuck on outside of door lock. Contacted Halls after a recommendation from a friend whose workplace had just used them. Had to use the out of hours service. Very efficient, polite, and quick worker arrived and sorted out problem, and it was cheaper than I'd expected.
