Thank you so much for doing my gas certificate, the day I requested it is the day my previous one expired so I needed it quite urgently and you guys got the engineer to come to my property at the end of his day to complete it, with a little extra charge but that is understandable and it was reasonable. I have a free standing gas cooker, I recently purchased about a week and a half ago. It needed to be installed and I also needed a new CP12 done for my property. Gas cooker installers were my first and only point of contact for both services. I gave them a call and they were very patient and polite, they accepted both jobs without hesitation and booked me in for an appropriate time, on the day of the appointment the engineer took care of the cooker installation first, the disconnection of my previous cooker was free as the service was at the same place and the same time. It took no longer than 25 minutes to install and he straight away proceeded to do the CP12, which also took no longer than half an hour. Upon completing both services, the engineer confirmed completion and the amount I owed for both jobs, shook my hand and left. I got a call from their office asking if my service went well the day after, my reply was it was great and thank you for your time. Again, thank you for your time, the services were carried out better than I expected.

Decided to buy a range cooker for my new property instead of an old freestanding cooker. Gas Cooker Installers done the installation for me, the price was the best part about it all the other companies wanted quite a bit more so that was a plus. The engineer was a really nice guy and the whole service took about a half hour or so. Thanks for the service.

Thank you for installing my gas hob, I had previously called a gentleman online for the same service but when he showed up he had no ID, the equipment he had looked like builders tools and he had no company logo or attire so I sent him on his way. I called you guys and immediately the way I was being handled made me feel reassured, I trusted them. When the engineer arrived for the appointment his ID was around his neck, his tools were appropriate and he introduced himself, I knew his name as I had confirmed it with the office I made the booking with. The service went well and was completed in a short amount of time. I am pleased I made the right choices and now the outcome is what I expected and more. Thank you.

I bought a brand new free standing gas cooker that needed to be installed, I had the service booked in within 10 minutes of me making my phone call, for the next day! The engineer arrived and presented his ID instantly, very reassuring and my cooker was installed and finished before I knew it. Great service!

The engineer did not turn up on time, I was made to rearrange the appointment inconveniently for a following week. I decided to change provider and got it done within a few days. Not a very good experience for my first time using these guys.
