Feniscowles Roofing

Had my kitchen roof repaired by fenniscowles roofing and at first i tought it was great. But then the rains came down and my kitchen roof started leaking the same place that was repaired. I tried for days to gain contact with fenniscowles roofing but they never answered my calls or texts.

I went a sought legal advise and sent the roofing company the final text saying if no reply i will take action. Within 5minutes they called me.

I explained to them what had happenedand they said they would call around and take a look. I said i would be home after 3pm any day, i was told they would call then.

About an hour later i received a text saying they had been up on my kitchen roof and sealed the flashing.

I wondered how they done that as i have enclosed rear yard with solid gates.

When i arrived home i looked back at my house cameras and seen them climbing over the rear wall and opening my gate.

As i saw one man climbing to the kitchen roof the other fellow stood half way up the ladder and started spitting in my yard, i was fuming. I text the boss & told him and all he said was " oh i never knew "

As it is to date is my roof still leaks and they do not respond to ant letter, so it looks like action to be taken.

My advise is DO NOT USE THIS FIRM FOR YOUR ROOF.
