The products listed on their website are priced very competitively. Sadly, the good news begins and ends there. They state on their website that their "typical" delivery time for showers is "2 - 3" working days. They took my cash then quoted me 6 working days delivery (that's 8 days in the real world). I can only assume that someone was intending to walk from Liverpool to the south coast with my item!?

Order cancelled, refund requested.

I have received the opposite, I emailed late last night and received a detailed email this morning, so far I have emailed him 4 times and Steve has come back within 30-40 mins. I am shipping the stairs to France and he has been most accommodating in helping with the shipping logistics. Keep up the good work!!!

My wife & I contacted Elite Spiral Stairs well over a month ago by email with nobody getting back to us. So, after a couple of weeks went by we persisted by telephoning them, there was no reply on several occasions that we rang and we left several messages and eventually a man called Steve rang full of apologies & promises. He persuaded me on the merits of having a spiral staircase made instead of brought secondhand and promised to send me an email straightaway as I told him we needed to move quickly, which he didn't, this was on the Friday, by close of business on the Monday still no email and by this time I had taken photos of where we wanted the staircase to go -which I emailed to him, along with full drawings, giving him the benefit of the doubt in taking down my email. A week passes and nothing. So, we leave messages and the next week he rings again to say he never got the email, but then suddenly found it. He apologised & promised to ring me back with a quote -this was at the beginning of last week. Nothing. I sent this email: You rang me last week to apologise for not quoting or emailing & promised to do it last week, yet we still have heard nothing from you. As I told you right from the start we wanted to move quickly & you said this wasn't a problem. Do you want our business or not? Still nothing! Elite are obviously elitist

and a poor indictment of UK manufacturing and service -this is a business you cannot trust, all words but no action. There is no way they can salvage their reputation with me; absolute waste of time!
