Came home from work, flame sign showing on the display, but rads stone cold although had hot water. Phoned them who suggested I changed the batteries in the unit, Hey presto, rsds getting hot immediately! Panic attack avoided with the minimum of fuss. Many thanks!

Having spent 40 years in Security and Crime Prevention it has always been a priority for me to only deal with reliable, honest and professional people, I have found that taking short cuts and expecting everyone to be honest and reliable is something of a joke these days.

Selecting a person to install a new boiler is fraught with problems and can cause sleepless nights trying to select the right person to do the job AND taking the best and correct advice on selecting the right boiler to do the job.

20 years ago we needed to replace our Baxi Bermuda back boiler, and selecting the right person was proving difficult, we were recommended to a person at E.C Brown and Son of Hart Road Benfleet.

All I can say is thank goodness we were introduced to him he is a hard working guy that has been in the trade for all his working life, a family business that is excellent.

We replaced the Baxi in our old house AND he replaced an Aunts boiler and recently we moved home and he has now replaced the boiler in our new house from am Alpha 28E which was unreliable to a Potterton new boiler which is excellent, his work is always to a high standard AND he is reliable and honest.
