The proprietor was very prompt, polite and knew what he was doing. He simply unblocked the drain and tested everything was working. He did not try to sell any extra stuff like treatments or additional cleaning (as I have had in the past at another property with one of the national drain clearing companies, wasting hours with cameras then charging me for the privilege). It was a pleasure to simply get good old fashioned professional service. Also the best price in the area (East Herts / West Essex) as far as I could find, and I checked fairly hard.
