Daniel C Bishop: building team that goes above and beyond. Not only do they listen, but they take pride in their work and do a really good job. The foreman, is very good and one of the best plasterers I've come across (but he's a an excellent all-rounder too). The carpenter also excells at tiling. One of the carpenters has over 70 years experience (yes, he really is 86, but with all the vigour and energy of a man in his 40s). There are others in the team who are equally good.

The above and beyond bit? That would be one of them running down the road to get our dog who'd got out of the front door, and carrying her back up the road; and picking up our ever-adventurous Siamese cat and holding him to stop him escaping into the road when I had left the door open for a few seconds too long!
