engineer came over 2 hours late and walked in the flat and said he needed us to arrange a parking permit when he next returns to start and finish the job. We never heard from them and rang them several time to try and get them to complete the job. My biggest mistake was to give them my bank card details when i booked the appointment. They said nothing would be charged until the job was complete and they charged me even when the engineer didn't do anything. They have taken the money from us and still refusing to pay it back. i highly recommend everyone to avoid this company. We are still in the process of seeking legal advice to claim our money back and we will do everything in our power to get our money back. this company should not be allowed to trade. Make sure you do not give them your bank details because they will rip you off.

I called at least 4 different companies and nobody could have someone out to carry out a Gas Certificate the following day. The 5th company was cooker-service haha, you guys are life savers! I urgently needed that Certificate and your admin team was very understanding and had it all sorted from the service itself to receiving the certificate within 2 days. Excellent! Thank you so much.

My range cooker is massive! I called cooker service for an installation and they came the same day as it was urgent, I am a single mother and my new cooker Is hugee.. They said they had an engineer in the area that could come out to me. I thank you so much for your quick response otherwise I would have been a bit stuck on my own. Thanks again.

Free standing gas cooker installation went really well and very fast. The engineer came 10 minutes early and left within 20 mins. More than satisfied with my new cooker thank you.

The installation was done quickly and tidily. The appointment was made at a time convenient to myself and the work was carried out on the day specified. The only disappointment was that the gas engineer was running late and I only found this out when I phoned the company to confirm that the appointment was being kept. The company did phone me back and give me a timescale for attendance.

Thank you for the prompt and polite engineer you sent to install my gas hob. He was very calm and carried out the work efficiently, even with my dog barking in the background for the entire duration. He had to do some remedial work and carried this out very quickly. Thank you again for a great service

So I got my cooker serviced and found my fan was broken, if I would have used my cooker it could have blown up! Thank you for your help and thank you to the engineer.
