Felix and his team were recommended by a friend -- they were amazing and completed the job of one lovely shelves unit, a large cupboard and a boxed in radiator on time and with great craftsmanship. We would recommend these professionals to our friends, in turn, and anyone in need of extra storage!

This is the second time we have used them. Again, excellent service, very efficient and fitted in around other work we had going on. We left them keys and when we returned a couple of days later, all work done, no mess and yet another perfect job.

I used Carpenters Design for 2 cupboards and then for another 3 wardrobes. All impeccably and promptly executed. They keep their promises, deliver to the quality they committed to and are readily available accommodate any changes. We had four cupboards and sets of shelves made and installed - everything happened exactly when they promised it would, the work was completed promptly, and to an extremely high quality. Not only that, but each night and on completion everything was left immaculately clean. Professional,top quality work and reasonable rates. We had a slightly awkward space to build cupboards/dresser. Also managed to integrate sockets to make the whole space much neater - their idea and came at no extra cost. The finish of the work is excellent and fits perfectly. They finished the work within one day as promised, leaving no mess and even washed up mugs after themselves. Very impressed, wish we had more things for them to construct. Please use them...and no, I am not on commission.

I liked the whole process - it was easy, quick, good value and a great result.

The design process was simple, thoughtful and engaged. I received drawings back within 48 hours. After I made some changes (I'd changed my mind about things) they were incorporated into the designs and I received an updated electronic copy. They were also very accommodating to my timescales and actually delivered sooner by working at the weekend.

The carpenter / painter arrived and worked quietly and diligently. He carefully covered the furniture that had remained in the room so that it was protected from dust. The double wardrobe went up in a day (9am until 6pm). The shelving was completed the next day in about 7 hours.

The painting was of an excellent standard and not a drop was left anywhere except where it should be. It took 3 days for the 3 coats.

I would definitely recommend Carpenters Design to anyone and will be using them again for more shelving in my living room.

I found Carpenters Design on a search for fitted cupboards online and although slightly apprehensive at first to go with a company that was not recommended to me by friends/family I am totally happy with the outcome. I had two made to measure bookshelf/cupboards for the recesses around the fireplace, some shelves in the kitchen, and a radiator cover. The workmen I had were very clean, tidy and hardworking. The cupboards look great. My questions/concerns and requests were dealt with in a professional manner and promptly. I will be using Carpenter's Design again in the future. The painter they recommended was also very good.

I have twice engaged them to instal storage in my flat, and am very happy indeed with the product, and the speed of service. The company has installed alcove cabinets and floating shelves in my living room, a shoe cupboard in a hallway, floating shelves in a bedroom, and built in wardrobes in another. The fit and finish of the storage is fantastic, and everything feels very solid. The earlier installations are now two years old and I have had no problems at all with them.

I have also been very impressed by the speed at which the installers work. One day only, for example, to fit two large double wardrobes, and to instal three shelves!!!

I say I would recommend this company to a friend and indeed have already done so. Having seen the cabinets in my living room and shelves, my friend went ahead and himself had a number of floating shelves installed.

We cannot recommend Carpenters Design highly enough. Friends of ours had used them and been happy to recommend them to us, which is always a good start. And we were not disappointed. From our first contact with them, through to the completion of our first job, Carpenters Design were faultless. And we have very high standards! In the preliminary stages they were professional, efficient and responsive. The same attributes continued in their execution of the project, but the icing on the cake was their cleanliness - we have never had such tidy and considerate workmen in the house!
