The lead decorator (details on the firm's website) failed to show up for a Saturday morning appointment citing "heavy traffic", leaving me in the lurch after having moved or covered the entire contents of the room out in preparation.

I appreciate that traffic can be a nightmare sometimes, and I would have been understanding if the decorator merely showed up late, but was disappointed at the cancellation.
