I employed Alan to decorate my hall, stairs, landing and kitchen in late November last year. The price for the job was good value, and Alan came across as friendly, open and approachable. His time keeping was good and he was easily accessible over the phone, always getting back to me in good time if I had to leave an answerphone message. The work was carried out in a professional manner, and the finish was of excellent quality.

I am always anxious when allowing people into my house to do jobs as, even though the trades person might be reliable in every other respect, more often than not I am confronted with mess to clear up afterwards. Despite the level of dust and dirt this job created, I was pleasantly surprised to find that he made a special effort to clean up afterwards, and caused me and my family the minimum of inconvenience.

Alan provides a full service, and I would not hesitate to employ him again.

Sorry for the delay in posting this. Last summer Alan has completed a number of jobs for me. I can highly recommend him and his team they worked quickly and consideratly and cleaned up any mess after themselves.

I am very happy with the service they provided and the standard they delivered.I am pleased to say they arrive early in the morning as they said they would and worked straight through untill tea time before leaving. My friend told me that they were a little more expensive than my other quote but they are well worth the extra, they have done a job that will last. Alan decorated my hall, stairs and landing, we have traditional Victorian house with a lot of detail and the finish he achieved throughout was excellent. He worked in a very methodical and tidy way and we were very happy with the result and the service, we would highly recommend him and will be using him again in the future.

After moving into my new house before Christmas, I felt that some decoration was required to freshen the place up. After asking a few of my friends about a local decorator - Alan's name kept popping up so a decided to give him a call. I needed my hall, stairs and landing decorated and Alan was more than happy to help. He offered a fair quote with an accuate indication on timing. Alan's time keeping, attention to detail, helpfullness and cleanliness pleased me, especially with it being only a week before Christmas which helped reduce grief from the other half.

We asked Alan to do some work on our Victorian property last year. We were particularly concerned that whichever contractor we employed would respect our property. Having been recommended by a friend, we asked Alan to undertake this project.

We are absolutely delighted the results. The finish is excellent (even by our own fussy standards) and the work was carried out with the minimum of disruption and in a timely fashion.
