I have used this company on more than one occasion (and wish I had not). The owner of the company is rude, unpleasant and always demands cash payments up front (even though the last job they did was faulty and they had to come back), even for quite large jobs which would involve multiple cash point trips. When you refuse to pay cash only and pay by card/transfer he then withholds follow up services (like certificates) seemingly out of spite.

They have also been very late both times I've used them and on both occasions tried to cancel and re-arrange long standing appointments. Basically a company to be avoided.
