UST 3000 watt

Dysfunctional out of the box!! On the RARE occasion that someone actually answers the warranty phone line, it's the same woman every time. She has promised many times to send a replacement carburetor but NEVER has. She has even said that it can only be used for light bulbs and if a computer is plugged into it, it will not run properly.. When I call back, she says that it was already sent out and she PROMISES to “check into it and call me back” NOT ONE SINGLE CALLBACK has ever been made by her! I have asked to talk to someone in the CEO’s office but she refuses every time.. I have been waiting over 2 ½ months and have made over 20 phone calls. STILL this piece of sub-standard mech. has never run. They say “DO NOT RETURN TO STORE” and they refuse to fix or replace the GARBAGE. ALL they seem to be capable of FLAT OUT LYING and selling imported sub-standard machine

A very good easy to start generator that is very quiet. It will run a 13,500 BTU rooftop a/c on a camper for a good 10-12 hours on one tank of fuel. For the price you cannot beat this generator if it fills your needs.
