Mersea Homes have a great reputation in the Essex area however, our experience has been nothing but hassle, bad craftmenship, broken promises and worse of all the family that run this business appear to not be able to say the word "sorry" as they have become too big to communicate.
There have been a few leading lights in the Mersea Homes organisation that have helped us rectify problems but mostly it's been a non-stop brick wall of "NO" from the family run business directors and measuring to see if the construction will make the NHBC grades rather than doing what is right and delivering their key company statments "Value without Compromise" and quality homes built with 60 years craftmenship experience.
Think twice before believing what they say and make sure if you do purchase to make sure you start the snagging list as soon as you move in as unless it's in black and white you may have problems
