 the person I dealt with isn't a builder and never hardly showed up. His contractors was good but after a good long chat we found out he puts his 2k on top of most jobs and subs the work out to actual builders. Why pay the extra cost for some bloke that has no clue about building work. #DO NOT USE

Absolutely useless company. Have called numerous times to follow up an initial quote but no one has got back to me . Avoid like the plague!!

Our loft conversion was completed yesterday by Dracom and we are delighted with it. I have just handed over the payment for the work, as unlike other loft conversion company's out there, Dracom only expect payment once the work is completed and you are happy with the outcome.

I highly recommend Dracom and must warn others there are some companies that are not as good out there. If a company is asking you for stage payments with significant money upfront you should be asking them why and be checking out their financial standing.

Had two meetings. Agreed the specifications, agreed a price, agreed a start date. Lloyd (the guy who appears to own the company) took away a brick to get the match for our garage conversion correct. We thought great, we are looking forward to the conversion. And then ....... absolute silence. He won't return emails nor phone calls (he won't let you have his personal mobile phone number). A total waste of time.

I had taken day off to see the builder so that he could provide a quote to me. He didn't turn up at all...I called Loyd he mentioned he would call me back in couple of hrs but he didn't and didn't answer his phone after that all...

I found Dracom on a price comparison style site. They were pitching their guideline prices for garage conversions in the middle of the bunch. So I called and spoke to a chap called Lloyd who was very helpful.

The conversion went to plan and amazingly stuck to budget which is more than i can say for the other builders we have used in the past. What's more, they only invoiced us once ALL of the work had been completed, until then we hadn't paid a penny!

Thoroughly nice chaps, great workmanship and a good honest price.
