Items on final 2 year snag list dismissed by Bett Homes as either being our fault or our responsibility, when poor workmanship / poor quality was the real problem

So we pay a fortune for a high spec luxury home and end up with bits of our roof missing and items within the home that are falling to bits. The customer service rep who visited did not even inspect items correctly and failed to notice missing screws from assembled doors. His report however blamed us for items falling apart.

Responses from Bett Homes are just dismissive and arrogant in tone – hoping you just shut up and go away.

Bifold doors don't lock,leaks,you name it we had it but the after care and resolving of problems from customer care manager and site manager soon restored my faith in Bett homes.this is the only saving grace of my disappointed experience.once all issues were fixed,the house is brilliant,no complaints.big rooms,finished (eventually) to an exceptional standard. Advice is buy from Bett but ensure completed before they rush you in.
