Arkle Properties - Not Returning My Down Payment
Hi, after seeing agreeing to purchase a new aparment off plan, I paid Arkle Properties 10,000.00 deposit later to find out that planning permission was not rec'd. However, they won't return my payment and are not returning my emails - i now have no funds for a payment - can anyone help me find out how i can get my money back - it's now been over five years. I am very frustrating as this was my hard earned money and they won't refund this to me.
