Please Do Not Allow New Roof Workers Near Your Home. It Is A Horrible Company And Not Worth A Penny.
I contacted Apex Construction Ltd (located in Hampshire) for my home guttering and fascias. Apex (aka NEW-ROOF) gave me a verbal quote and the price was reasonable but not cheap.
When they turned up, they removed all guttering and fascias, in a very poor manner and left it in that state for 2 days. I had to call them to come back and finish the work. It was very stressful.
When they came back, they told me that they did not have the materials and could not finish (why start a roof work if you do not have the materials?). And of course it is a strategy as they will stress you out to ask you for more money: 25% increase (make sure you have a written quote for work completion). The bill was under Apex Ltd while being renamed to NEW-ROOF.co.uk
After 2 years, their work including guttering is falling off. And I have been contacting NEW-ROOF for 6 weeks (on 0800 999 9505 and 07590291663) and I was informed that materials are under 10 years warranty and not labour.
So far, roof is still not repaired and still waiting....
NEW-ROOF.co.uk is a cowboy company.
