We are very happy with our new bathroom that Ultima Interiors have installed. The company were very professional from start to finish. The designer/salesman came round and helped us design the layout of the room taking time to get everything as we wanted, as this was to be a completely new refit/design. He also setup a 3D CAD design which we could view before making the final decision.

They then sent a surveyor round to check that everything could be fitted as designed.

The fitters turned up on the day and time that was arranged and worked very hard for two weeks to get the job done. The job consisted of the removal and refitting of the complete bathroom suite, tiles, plasterboard walls, ceiling, complete floor, wiring, plumbing and plastering the walls. Any unforeseen issues were dealt with.

The quality of the work and the fixtures and fittings used are of a very high standard and we are very pleased with the finished product.

We would highly recommend Ultima Interiors and would certainly consider using them again for any future projects.

Overall I am very pleased with the Kitchen Ultima Interiors have installed into my home. We Designed the Kitchen to make most of the space available incorporating a new peninsula for casual eating and socialising. The Company dealt with any issues that came up, I am very happy with the service provided.

Modern looking, superb quality units, well fitted. Makes our galley kitchen look so much bigger. Relocation of plumbing, enabling the dishwasher and washing machine to be 'flush' with the units has improved the look of the kitchen.

Any problems that arose were dealt with to our satisfaction.

From the very start I was pretty impressed with Ultima Interiors. The designer came in and produced a 3D CAD design and discussed fully how we wanted our kitchen to look. He made some good suggestions and showed us new innovations which were available - we hadn't had a new kitchen for about 20 years so we were a bit out of touch! There was certainly no hard sell and no pressurising you into "we need an answer now so you will get the full discount" as we had experienced with other firms. We were given a price for the whole job which included removal of the old kitchen including tiles, re wiring, re plastering (including the ceiling), new plumbing, new flooring, installation of the new units and redecoration. Basically leave them to it and come back to your new kitchen. The price in fact was a little cheaper than other firms we had quotes from, so they were very competitive.

We had very good communication with Ultima about the start date and the fitters turned up on time. They were very courteous, hard working and proficient, cleaning up properly at the end of each day - these guys seemed to take pride in what they did which was good to see. Any little problems we saw were fixed straight away. The whole job took about a month - a little longer than expected because one of the fitters noticed a tiny bit of damage to a unit door which had to be replaced. The units themselves are first class - very sturdy carcases and soft close doors and draws. The choice of fridges, built in ovens and hobs was a bit limited but I'm sure you can request what you want if you had something specific in mind.

All in all I am very satisfied with the kitchen we bought from Ultima Interiors. They come across as a very professional team willing to go that extra step to make sure you get what you want. I've had to phone them up twice to ask them about a couple of small "snags" we noticed and have always had the same fitters come round to fix them - that's what I call good service. They certainly don't just take your money and leave you to it!!

Ultima interiors designed and installed my both my kitchen and bathroom to very high standard. The designer came up with some fantastic ideas and I was very please with the fitter who overcame some tricky unforeseen issues that we unearthed on route. everyone was polite and pleasant and couldn't do enough to help. The kitchen and utility room were both completed in 3 weeks including quite a lot of building work, including rewire, plumbing and plastering both rooms, even the decoration and flooring were taken care of. My bathroom was complete within 2 weeks and had all of the above included. All in all I am extremely happy and would be happy to recommend ultima interiors to friends and family.
