Bought 2 pairs of toilet and pedestal sink sets from The Bath House, an online retailer of bathroom and toilet products in September 2011.

I placed the order online for bargain Cersanit products, that I have bought before with great success. The Cersanit range is made in Poland and was sold by Screwfix before the state owned Polish manufacturer was sold and presumably prices went up somewhat.

The first surprise was a phone call just to confirm the order had been received and to confirm they could make my requested Friday pm(any Friday pm) delivery.

I was impressed.

Then, as agreed, Friday between 1300 and 1800 the ceramics arrived, all in perfect condition, I checked and signed for them and they are waiting to be fitted as I write.
