I just called as website says free shipping to US and Canada and was told it would cost $200 for shipping. i asked why and she said not everyone or every item gets free shipping???

Product seemed like a great idea for bathroom-however quality is poor and customer service is even worse. Avoid them and ariel shower units at all costs! If I could have given zero stars...I certainly would have!

Instructions were a little difficult, but wow is it amazing, it fits perfectly only took a few hours to install (I had some help) Overall wonderful shower, great service. I am going to be adding more to my upstairs bathroom and I know I'll be back!

I ordered the Arial walk in bathtub, and its my favorite feature out of all the remodeling we did. I love my new bathtub. Customer service was great, and it was free shipping. Will do business with again!

I ordered my home sauna last week and it arrived a few days after purchasing. I did not have to pay shipping and the sauna is amazing, I medically need to use the sauna often and its so nice having one here at home!

I would recommend. there service is wonderful. I messed up on my order and called their customer support. The girl on the line was very helpful. I just got my steam shower today and I love it! :)
