Bespoke Kitchen - All Wood Doors And Carcasses Was
Bespoke kitchen - all wood doors and carcasses was wanted and specified. 3 suppliers quoted. Chose the dearest. They promised and promised we would be delighted. Endless mistakes in supplying to our requirements. Initially they tried to comply but eventually realised the number of mistakes and gave up. We now have a kitchen with nice doors but with plastic coated carcasses that are poorly intalled. Actually thats not quite right because I've had all the drawers out and refitted them myself, they are okay now.
We appreciate your views and feedback. Past few months Rock Revelations and sister company SmartHaus have been transformed. All our granite and fitting teams are fully trained and highly experienced workers. Please note that Rock Revelations only supply and fit stone worktops. Our prices are competitive and you must take into account the material, work hours, site location and transportation.
Their sister company is the company that deals with the Kitchen aspect. Our Designers have worked with leading top kitchen company's so error on our side is minimal. We do apologise for the experience you have gone through. When we sell a ktichen, we send an order to the kitchen manufacturer who sends the items out to us. In some rare cases the wrong items have been sent. Because of this we are no longer using a particular kitchen supplier to provide us with wooden kitchens.
