Ordered a kitchen sink and drainer from them on a Tuesday expecting it to get delivered that Friday. By the following Monday I had heard nothing from them so rang them to ask what was going on. I was told that they didn't have the sink in stock and would contact the supplier to ask what was happening. Again, they never got back to me so I rang them again. They said they are waiting to hear back from the supplier still, so I said don't bother and I'll cancel the order as I have found another company that have got it. The bloke said someone would ring me back later or tomorrow to process the refund as he can't do it. I emailed them to reiterate that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. No phone call and no email. I rang them again to demand they process the refund, which they have said they'll now do.

Utter bunch of clowns. How the hell they survive as a business I'll never know.

I ordered from simply kitchen sinks on wednesday, unfortunaly I realised later on that day that I had ordered the wrong colour sink so I phoned their customer service number and spoke to a very helpful lady who changed my order for me there and then. She advised that it should be with me by friday so i was a little surprised that there was a knock on the door on thursday and there was my sink! Very pleased with my purchase. I have unpacked the sink and it looks fantastic, just waiting for the kitchen fitters to come and fit it. Great company and lovely service. Thank you very much!

I wrote a long review on Simply Kitchen Sinks, but this site malfunctioned and lost it. At my time of life I have better things to do than write another.
