Sheridan is worst company that I dealt with in my 47 years. We paid for the worktop Quartz a lot of money and we had fitting problems. Between the worktop and the cupboards was a big gap. The guy who fitted the worktop told my husband that the gap is there because of the not leveled cupboards. So we had to call the company who fitted the cupboards and they told us the gap is a result of worktop fitting. Sheridan argument is that because my husband signed the papers that everything is fine when the guy came and fitted the worktop. From that moment the gap was not the problem of Sheridan. We bought the kitchen from Wickes and the designer came and had he had a look at the worktop and he said the gap is a result of the worktop fitting and he took pictures and sent them to Wickes customer services. According a manager of Sheridan the kitchen designer of Wickes was not expert to decide why the gap was there but my husband who has nothing to do building sides or with kitchen, worktops or any other manual work is a expert to decide why the gap is there. According this manager of Sheridan he said to me that they are showing good will to come and have a look to the worktop but previously they did not turn up for an appointment. I had to take off a workday for that appointment and they did not bother to call to cancel or to tell why they did not come. I called them twice and did not find out why they did not come for the appointment. When I pay a lot money for a product it is not good will to come to solve a problem it is their duty to solve the problem. Even when I buy a something from any company for one pound and I am not satisfied with that product the company has to deal with my complain and solve the problem. But not seemingly with Sheridan. The best part is when I told that manager I will not pay all the the money for the worktop and get an other company to fix the problem because the problem is continuing more than one month. He said he would not advice that because we will not have any guarantee from them. I think that was a joke.
My experience is 40 years originally apprentice joiner and have worked as self employed tradesman in that area of work.
Weather we build a new property or fit any type of interior or exterior item there is one important guide line, ''WHEN STARTING THRIOUGHT TO COMPLETION ALWAYS HAVE REGARD FOR PLUMB AND ESPESCIALLY LEVEL'. You have not mentioned or suggested that any one of these
people have checked. Do this and you will then know where the fault lies.

I agree i would not recommend anyone to use Sheridans they have no cusomer service and always want to blame every one else so they can chatge you more , terrible company
