I ordered a stainless steel handle from PoshKnob. The funds were taken immediately. after waiting 2 weeks i attempted to contact the seller. Phone doesn't go to voicemail and is not answered, emails are not answered.

I managed to get through to the seller on email, they promised the handle would be sent. It wasn't.

I called several times and eventually got through to the business owner. He promised to send the handle as soon as possible. He didn't.

3 months later i have instituted a claim with PayPal.

Stay well clear of this site!

Ordered one handle and paid in advance - received two of different size and design. No documentation received and emails are completely ignored. This company should not be allowed to continue to trade.

Beware this alleged Company - As previous reviewer - I paid £85+ ,Money immediatlty taken from account - to date no knobs. All you get is an answerphone and no call back and no replies to the emials on the site. Your alleged account shows that yor order is being processed.

This company is a complete waste of time. Handles ordered money taken no handles and no refund e-mailed and phoned but no response. Beaware of this company it may look cheaper but they will not deliver.

I ordered a set of kitchen waste bins to go in a drawer at £42.00 and received after 2 weeks a black swing bin, price £26.40 At first I thought this was a genuine mistake, until I tried to use the website to find out how to contact them, or return goods. Then I checked some review sites - bad news.

I phoned to ask for a replacement, but only got answer phone. I mailed stating the problem, referring to the two items on the website and asking for the correct items to be delivered and the wring one to be collected. I received a reply form 'Chris' saying he would check it out. I chased this up after a couple of days, but despite several further mails and calls since have had no answer.

OK, I've not lost much and should have checked reviews first, but take my advice, do NOT use this company. They may appear to be a bit cheaper, but do you want to take the risk?

Took money, failed to deliver, failed to respond to emails, contact phone number is false.

fortunately I am only out of pocket by a small amount, poshknob failed to deliver items though they were quick enough to take the money via paypal.

Nice website, shame about the scam.

We ordered handles on a credit card through Paypal thankgoodness, although we haven't had a refund yet. The card payment went through but no sign of the goods and totally unable to contact the company. I was also unable to find a postal address on their website, which is illegal under EU E Commerce regulations. Do not use this company; they may seem a bit cheaper but alternatives do at least deliver the goods.

I shall review every company before ordering in future.

Poshknob.co.uk is a disgrace of a company. They are rip off mechants, stay well clear.

Your money will be taken, you will not receive your goods, they will not respond to your emails and their telephone no. is dead and not in service. Overall, daylight roberry, shop at your peril!
