Plug Interiors advertise a concept to completion package on their website. BEWARE!! I appointed Plug to complete my ensuite bathroom & to my surprise on completion of the design & hours spent finalising materials & products Plug informed me that they did not install bathrooms. I could not believe it, I approached them for the complete package like it clearly states on their website under 'design & installation' they 'handle it all' however this was not the case but they reassured me they had a fitter that installs all their bathrooms, they told me he was one of the best & Plug would manage the project every step of the way & clean up at the end. The only difference was that I needed to pay their fitter direct. I was not happy with this & had no idea who the fitter was but recommended by Plug & reassured that the project would be managed by Plug every step of the way, I could not turn my back at this stage of the project. Oh how I wish I had! Plug liaised with their fitter, passed on the drawings directly to him, arranged delivery of the products through him & to be honest I could not see why paying him directly made a difference… UNTIL NOW. 12 months after the start of the installation & after spending over £15,000.00 I have had no end of problems & now tiles are coming loose on the walls, the shower still does not drain correctly & we have had so many leaks our walls & ceilings outside the bathroom are damaged. Plug offered their support until they realised the severity of the problems & that the bathroom basically needed ripping out & starting again. At this point they stopped taking our calls which resulted in us returning to the showroom in anger which has resulted in a letter from Plugs solicitor banning us from any contact with them. Plug have stated that as we paid the fitter direct the installation has nothing to do with them. We are devastated. The fitter has been back so many times in an attempt to correct things but actually caused more damage. We are now left with replacing the bathroom ourselves via a local professional installer that doesn’t have a fancy showroom & website.

I approached this company for my daughter's house in Leiestershire.

My daughter was adamant that she wanted to go with this company so I went along with it... for a time!

The price for the kitchen was outrageous and the staff had a distinct arrogance about them. Indeed, the entire company had an arrogant air about it. When we queried the price we were told that they were making next to no money on it. At £17,000, they must have been making something!

We ended up going with another local company for the kitchen for a third of the price and, in my opinion, a better product.

I would recommend that they start treating their potential customers with more courtesy.
