All items were displayed at the time of ordering remain 'Usually despatched within 3-4 days'. I only found out the items were on 'back order' by calling as emails or contact via the contact page are generally ignored. Was told the items would come into stock towards the end of December. Waited patiently until just before Christmas then chased again and was told that they had been despatched but perhaps they had bounced back undelivered. The delivery address is my business - one 08.00 - 18.00 with couriers delivering & collecting throughout. I have always hated online sellers who list items they don't actually have and still do - no shop could ever get away with it so why shop an online one be able to.

Arrived in very quick time. Very reasonable price Only down side no instructions, in the end we had to saw the old one off, then fitting the new one was easy. The suppliers of our toilet could not supply this part but directed us to you and if needed we will go directly to you first

Fixings broke on a brand new toilet seat bought locally and it seemed I was going to have to buy another one just to get the fixings until I googled it and pipescenes came up with the fixings I needed. 3 days later it was fixed.
