Appauling Customer Service, Lies, Promises Broken.....
Purchased a flat pack kitchen base unit at a reasonable price on internet trying to avoid having to use bandq. Website looked promising but once order confirmation was received I got no info about delivery so tried to ring them. Number was "not in use"! Alarm bells ringing I contacted them by email and was lied to and fobed off about the processing of my refund. Took me 3 weeks and a dispute through PayPal to get my money back.
