We purchased a "bespoke" kitchen from My Beautiful kitchens at a cost of almost £8000.00 in October 2016 and paid all monies in advance of the kitchen arriving [BIG MISTAKE].

They also provided us with an installer,TOMMY WELSH INSTALLATIONS LTD,who by chance is the owner of My Beautiful Kitchens; the cost of the installation was close to £3000.00.

Due to ongoing issues with the installer TOMMY WELSH INSTALLATIONS LTD,we felt it inappropriate to write a review on My Beautiful Kitchens as we were involved in an ongoing court case at Paisley Sherriff Court and with it being the same owner.Director we felt it better to wait until the case had been finalised and happy to say the decree was granted in our favour on the 24th July 2017.

We had a lot of issues with the supply process of this "bespoke" kitchen for numerous reasons,the main one being the total lack of response from anyone at My Beautiful Kitchens and the very poor service from both the owner and its managers.

We had wrong units delivered;the oven housing along with the wrong door that was installed without letting us know,wrong side panels delivered,these should have been gloss but turned up matt,no legs/support for the breakfast bar,these we had to supply ourselves.We were short of under lights and they used old sockets/power points,no skirting's and door facings and so the list goes on.All these items were paid for in advance.

All the above matters were swept under the carpet and have still not been resolved to this date.

We had a lot of materials and parts arriving late and in some instances not at all;despite having 3 months plus from the date of order to have all materials ready.We also had to off load all the items ourselves as no one arrived on site to do this.

The kitchen installation was to take 2 weeks and in actual fact took closer to 8 weeks.

We repeatedly contacted My Beautiful Kitchens by phone and e-mail requesting someone come out to resolve all the problems however this was a real struggle and we finally managed to get one of the managers to come out on the 3 November some 4 weeks later. He reviewed the problems and said he would get back to us with a resolution,however this did not happen either and we heard nothing again from the company.

The product that they sell is of good quality,however this would not in any circumstance outweigh the total lack of customer service that we received from them.

We have not gone into the installation or the installers ,TOMMY WELSH INSTALLATIONS LTD,but being owned by the same person you can imagine the problems we had with them.

This is one of the poorest and most horrendous experiences we have ever had dealing with a retailer and they should be ashamed of themselves for putting their clients through an ordeal like this.

to the owner of MY BEAUTIFUL KITCHENS YOU HAVE FINALLY BEEN NAMED AND SHAMED.

I am considering a kitchen from this company and have paid £50 upfront for design review but have just read a petty damming review of very poor service after the customer paid all money upfront and had to take them to court what is the professional opinion of this company and advice for potential customer?

HORRENDOUS.

I Think that this would sum up the directors the service and the company.

We also took their installation company to court as supplied by them TOMMY WELSH INSTALLATIONS LTD , owned by the same directors as My Beautiful Kitchens,we won our case and then they put the company to the wall.

Payment in advance only , that should tell you something about the company,also might be worth your while checking the records at companies house they make for very interesting reading.

If you check you will find a number of former clients have had to take them to court.

My advice stay well clear of them , better to lose the £50.00 than have the court costs and upset .
