I ordered the stellar black tile as black was the only colour I needed to match as long as they had black in them I was happy so ordering stellar black tiles was a safe bet. The tiles arrived...blue in colour. I contacted .mosaictileshop and advised them they said return at my own cost, given the order was only £30 the return cost was £16 recorded delivery i was not happy about this. so i was told to send a picture, I did this and was told once again to return at my own cost. The tiles were simply not black!! Poor service would not recommend and will NOT use again

Ordered 3 samples paid £1 minimum charge and £2.75 next day delivery. Sample smashed on receipt but accepted as I was only interested in colour match. Rang to check stock levels and was told 2 of the 3 tiles were discontinued and they had only a few tiles left in stock!!

I asked for a refund for the items and delivery charge as they knew they would not be able to supply an order. They declined stating that i may have wanted just one or two tiles and they did have stock for that level of order!!!

I then asked them to check the stock levels of two other tiles and was told these had been discontinued also but they has a small number in stock.

Suggest you either give this company a miss or check stock level by phone before buying samples or placing an order.

Ordered some tiles from the Mosaic Tile Shop. Payment was taken immediately and an email confirmed the delivery date. Booked the day off work but received a telephone call the afternoon before delivery was due to say that they could not deliver until 3 days later. Booked the revised delivery date off work and waited at home all day. When nothing had turned up by 3.30 p.m., I contacted the mosaic tile shop by phone. After waiting 10 minutes (twice), I was cut off. I rang again and pressed the automated service button for new orders in the hope I could speak to someone. The new order option was answered immediately. The advisor told me they would check what was happening with my delivery and call back. They didn't. After 45 minutes I rang again, to be told that "my tiles had been redirected" and delivery would now take place on the following Monday. I had had enough by this time and asked to cancel my order and be refunded the purchase cost. 5 days later, and I'm stilling waiting for the refund.

I would never use this company again.
